   직책 설명 (PositionDescription)
   1. 영·유아부부터 중·고등부까지 교육부서를 총괄하며 이끄는 하프타임 사역
   2. 모든 교육부서 감독:예배,성경공부,AWANA(목요일),YouthGroup(금요일),주일 활동
   3. 전도,아웃리치,여름 단기선교,상담,수련회,소그룹 등 다양한 사역 프로그램을 기획 및 인도
   4. 성탄절,추수감사절,부활절 등 연중 주요 행사 기획 및 실행;예산 및 교육과정 준비
   5. 담임목사 및 협동목사와 협력하여 사역 지원
   6. 모든 교육부 교사들을 지속적으로 지도 및 멘토링
   7. 학부모 및 교사들과 협력하여 아동·청소년을 위한 목회적 돌봄 제공

   자격 요건 (Qualifications)
   1. 다음 세대(청소년 및 어린이)를 향한 마음과 부르심이 있는 분
   2. 공인된 신학교/기독교 대학에서 신학,목회학(M.Div),기독교 교육을 공부 중이거나 학위를
   소지한 분
   3. 공인된 교단에서 안수를 준비 중이거나 이미 안수를 받은 목회자
   4. 교육부 사역 경험이 있는 분 우대
   5. 한국어와 영어 모두 사용 가능하면 우대하나,한국어 유창성은 필수 아님
   6. 미국 내 합법적 근로 자격을 갖춘 분

   Iowa All Nations Baptist Church is seeking an Education Minister.

   All Nations Baptist Church
   By God’s grace, All Nations Baptist Church has been serving Jesus Christ as His witness for 39
   years. Keeping His immeasurable grace in mind we strongly believe that passing our faith to the
   next generation is one of our primary missions. We are seeking an Education Minister who is
   devoted to Jesus and has a passion for the next generation.

   Position description
   1) Lead the education department (Infant ministry – High School ministry); a half time
   appointment
   2) Oversee all education departments: worship, Bible studies, AWANA (Thursday), Youth
   Group (Friday) and Sunday activities
   3) Coordinate and lead a variety of ministry programs such as evangelism, outreach, shortterm summer missions, counseling, retreats, and small groups
   4) Plan and execute special yearly ministry events (including but not limited to Christmas,
   Thanksgiving, Easter programs and events); prepare budget and curriculum
   5) Coordinate with the Senior pastor and Associate pastor to provide ministry support
   6) Provide on-going guidance for all education teachers
   7) Work with parents and teachers to provide pastoral care for children and youth

   Qualifications
   1) Must have a heart and a calling for the next generation (Youth and Children)
   2) Working towards or have received a degree in Theology, M. Div. or Christian education
   at an accredited seminary / Christian college
   3) Working towards an ordination or ordained pastor from an approved denomination
   4) Have previous ministry experience in education department preferred
   5) Bilingual in Korean and English preferred, but fluency in Korean is not necessary
   6) Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
